建立一個 telegram bot
打開 telegram 搜尋 BotFather
然後裝好ngrok
我會直接放到專案下面使用比較簡單
然後輸入終端機指令讓自己的伺服器連上外網
./ngrok http 3000
接著是掛 hook
直接在網址輸入就可以了，是get請求
https://api.telegram.org/bot[你的token]/setWebhook?url=[你的網址]
然後脫 hook
https://api.telegram.org/bot[你的Token]/deleteWebhook
這樣伺服器就可以讓外部連了
